We train our members in a completely progressive format. We start with the basics and then continuing to grow and push you with more advanced training as you become stronger and your fitness needs grow.
API staff conducts training sessions in a highly motivated manner by using the best techniques of old and new and combining them into the most efficient and effective training routine possible. Members have their choice of training within a group enviroment for team motivation or by them selves for more one on one specialized training.
